Ivar's new body

finally took some photos of Ivar on his updated body. He got it sometime in the summer.
It’s his second body - and I think the last one.

Ivar is a very old version of the Saint sculpt from DollsheCraft. I bought him more than a decade ago, second-hand, and he used to be on the default 18M Classic body. (Same body has Einar, who is old version of Husky sculpt).

Although that body is really nice and solid, I wanted a more specific look for his character, so I started searching for an anthro body.

And here it is:

It’s the Fox body from MiracleDoll. It’s a 72 cm body.

I really like MiracleDoll’s approach to anthro designs - not cute or sweet, but leaning in a darker direction. It has this slightly twisted look, exactly what I was searching for Varg.

It looks a bit odd - and I like that. The chest is slim and long, and the legs are big.

The body is tall (close to the 75 cm range) but extremely slim, which is something you rarely see in big dolls nowadays. It fits Ivar perfectly.

On the downside, the Fox body isn’t the best poser. It stands and sits beautifully, but the legs are heavy and a bit difficult to position - more of a display-type body.
I’m not a big poser, so it works fine for me.
