Zaoll Head, different bodies
Share
I got a request on the new BJD forum, Lovely Everyone, to show what a Zaoll head looks like on a taller body than her default one.

Default Zaoll Dolls body
(Zaoll is a doll sculpted by Korean sculptor Gu Mi-jeong and sold through Dollmore, along with Ramie and a few other sculpts. The original Zaoll body is a small 52 cm body including the head, with a neck circumference of 9.5 cm, which puts her somewhere between typical MSD and SD sizes. I prefer to distinct her as an unusually small SD-sized doll.)
My Erin is a modified Zaoll Dreaming Luv.

Most of the bodies I own are quite old, but still can give some impression about neck circumference and proportions so it's worth to share. Here are the photos I got:
Soom Super Gem female, old version. 10cm neck, height: 59 cm without head.

(Neck is way too long and thick)
Supia double jointed: 9cm neck, 61cm height

Supia original body, 58cm with 9.5cm neck.

Ringdoll RTGbody60-5SP body, 60cm incl.head, around 9cm neck. (It's close to basic RTG60-3 body)

(The Ringdoll website states that the neck circumference is 10 cm, but to me it looks significantly smaller than the 10 cm Soom SG neck, so I've put it as “around 9 cm”. This could possibly be due to some shrinkage or dimensional changes related to the molding and casting process over time. But that's just my guessing.)
Dollstown 13y body, old version pre-2015: 60cm, 8.5cm neck

(The closest to original size and stylistic, in my opinion. )
