Sioryn is Brannin's wife and Aoranne's mother. She is bright, yet somewhat distant, with an almost spirit-like presence.

The people of Alvholm call her the 'Forest Lady'.

Sioryn is an aelven of old blood. Although she has a human husband and a child, she is more deeply bound to nature than to human existence, and her perspective on life is very different. She lives on the boundary between the nature and the world of humans.
